Walker County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal-record information. It publishes general directions to the Walker County Sheriff's Office, Circuit Clerk, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, and Alabama Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal records.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy policies, not this policy, govern information submitted through those tools. Each provider controls its own retention and sharing choices, so review its terms before running a query.
